There are no upfront costs to get a search started. Foundational Team charges 30% of the candidate's annual salary upon successful hire. There is also a minimum of $6,000 per hire if 30% of the annual salary is less than $6,000.

If you are not satisfied with a new hire you can request a free replacement within 60-days of the new hire's start date. This also covers cases if the new hire were to leave before the 60 days period.
