Are there any upfront costs? How does your pricing work?

There are no upfront costs to get a search started. Foundational Team charges 30% of the candidate's annual salary upon successful hire. There is also a minimum of $6,000 per hire if 30% of the annual salary is less than $6,000.

How long does the recruitment process take?

The typical recruitment process from start until hire typically takes between 2-4 weeks. This can vary depending on the number of interview rounds and requirements for the position. The Foundational Team can usually send the first batch of candidates within the first 5 days

How do I pay new employees? Are there any tax or visa considerations?

Payment can be made directly to us, which is the preferred method for many, or we can facilitate a connection with one of our payroll affiliates.

When employing full-time remote contractors through our service, there's no need to navigate the complexities of American labor laws or tax obligations. Since these contractors are not located in the US, issues related to visas or sponsorships are also eliminated.

What happens if I'm not satisfied with my new hire?

If you are not satisfied with a new hire you can request a free replacement within 60-days of the new hire's start date. This also covers cases if the new hire were to leave before the 60 days period.
